We want you to love your Mary Engelbreit treasures, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix your shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
